I am a retired Head of English and now a published author. Aside from teaching in secondary school, I have experience working with undergraduate students to improve their Higher Education academic writing. I have a track record of helping students secure First Class dissertations and/or securing an overall First Class degree.

Students would be guided through making sure they are sticking to the brief/format that their dissertation needs to take. Areas of weak argument(s) will be identified and strategies/solutions for rewrite given. Suggestions for reordering points will also be highlighted. Attention to detail will be given in terms of grammatical correctness and clarity of sentence structure(s). Good luck.
