About Kiana
Truth be told, I spent the last 3 decades driving vans and loading gear before settling into teaching. I hold a Diploma and have coached 98 students through the grind of lead guitar and rhythm phrasing.
Music is a lifelong habit. Being on the road for 7 years gave me a perspective that helps me teach strumming patterns and scales with real intent. I am just a guy who loves songs. Stay tuned for more music.

Can you feel the difference when your lead lines finally lock into the pocket? My approach focuses on deep music theory and modes to help you understand the fretboard on a professional level. Having spent 7 years gigging, I prioritize a diagnostic skills check before building a custom plan for you. Strumming patterns and reading tabs become second nature when we connect them to your favorite records.
Hobbyists and returning learners will find that my methods are built on the reality of playing in bands rather than rigid theory alone. You will be playing at your peak performance level soon enough.
