I think teachers should be judged through their knowledge, not on the base how much degree they possess, Because getting knowledge is much easier than to give knowledge to others. Transferring your words to others is a big deal.
My way is simple. It maybe distinct from others but i believe it all depends on students. How they react to my words that i share with them. Case based study and analysis is best way to understand commerce.I am not professional one. I am only studying at home. And with all my heart and sympathy. Beacause i love to teach.
