About Charlotte
I’m a holistic nutritionist with a Bachelor of Health Science and years of experience working one-on-one with clients navigating complex health challenges. I’ve also tutored university-level students, so I understand how to bridge academic knowledge with real-world application in a way that actually lands.
What drives me to teach is seeing someone truly understand their body for the first time. Not just memorising content, but connecting the dots between physiology, nervous system function, minerals, metabolism, and lived experience. When students grasp the “why” behind what’s happening, confidence follows naturally.
My teaching style is clear, structured, and practical. You won’t just learn theory. You’ll learn how to interpret it, question it, and apply it. Whether you’re studying nutrition, health science, or exploring holistic frameworks, I support you to think critically while building a strong foundation.

My methodology integrates functional physiology, mineral balance, nervous system awareness, and whole-body systems thinking. I teach students how to zoom out and see patterns rather than isolate symptoms. That’s where deeper understanding develops.
Sessions are structured but conversational. We clarify concepts, work through examples, and connect textbook knowledge to real clinical or personal scenarios. I focus on helping you build clarity rather than overwhelm.
If you’re looking for rigid memorisation drills, I’m not your tutor. If you want to genuinely understand how the body works and feel confident applying that knowledge, I am.
