About Olivia
I am a passionate guitar tutor with 6 years of experience teaching in different learning environments. I completed a Bachelor of Music in Guitar Performance focused on Contemporary Styles. My teaching emphasises musical understanding. Playing and composing are connected skills.

I teach guitar by combining musical expression with disciplined practice. A good solo needs both feeling and control. Students learn major and minor scales across the neck. We connect them to real songs.
I train phrasing using bends and vibrato. Each note must sound intentional. We practise slides, legato playing, and rhythmic accents. Timing is practised with backing tracks. Students develop steady groove.
Improvisation lessons encourage original ideas. I help students design their own licks and solos. Blues, rock, and jazz influences are introduced simply. Creative learners discover their personal voice. Progress becomes clear.
My goal is confident lead playing. Students understand the music they perform. With steady guidance, you will shred confidently.
