About Maira
Teaching mathematics allows me to share my knowledge, inspire young minds, and instill a love for learning in others. Guiding students through the complexities of mathematical concepts and witnessing the "aha" moments when they grasp a challenging concept brings me immense joy and fuels my desire to impart knowledge and shape the mathematicians and critical thinkers of tomorrow. By teaching mathematics, I aim to make a positive impact on the lives of my students, nurturing their intellectual growth and preparing them for a future where mathematical literacy plays an increasingly vital role in a rapidly advancing world.

Hi! I offer lessons to kids in primary school (KS1,KS2) those who are preparing for 11+, and GCSE. I passed my 11+ with multiple options, and studied at one of the top schools in London. I will be an online tutor, using zoom. I have experience of tutoring children in preparation for 11+, as well as understanding each individuals strengths and weaknesses.
