About David
I`m David and I`m a third year student at Durham studying physics. I worked hard in school and managed to come out with grades that I was very happy with and now I want to pass my notes, knowledge and strategies from my time in secondary school to you to help you pass your exams to the best of your abilities.
I was part of my schools tutoring scheme where I spent my lunchtimes in my penultimate year of college as a maths tutor to a year 8 student. I was also a teaching assistant in maths where I spent my Friday afternoons for a school year helping GCSE classes.

I try to get to know the student first and build a good rapport. I find that this is important as it helps to make our time enjoyable and this improves the learning experience. To be good at a subject you have to enjoy it and enjoy learning it.
I aim to focus on a students weaknesses in a topic and help them improve it by approaching the ideas from different perspectives and looking to find a way that they can approach a problem that suits them.
