About Trystan
I am a Data Science graduate from the University of Auckland with a strong academic background in Mathematics and Statistics. Having completed my degree while studying in my second language and working part-time, I understand the challenges students face and the discipline required to succeed.
I chose to become a tutor because I genuinely enjoy helping students overcome difficulties and gain confidence in subjects that often feel intimidating. I’ve seen how the right guidance can completely change a student’s mindset, from feeling stuck and frustrated to becoming capable and self-assured. That transformation is what motivates me to teach.
I take my role as a tutor seriously. I am patient, reliable, and committed to delivering high-quality, personalized lessons. I prepare thoroughly, communicate clearly, and ensure each session is focused on achieving real progress. My goal is not just to help you improve your grades, but to equip you with the skills and confidence to approach problems independently.
