About Darwin
I'm a Malawian-American with a passion for lifelong learning and instruction. Prior to moving to Philadelphia, I worked as an adjunct instructor at the Community College of Allegheny County where I taught in a STEM learning program. In my day-to-day, I strive to use technical skills to positively impact the community.

I use a demonstration-based tutoring approach where I model problem-solving step by step and explain the logic behind each step. I also use real-world analogies to make difficult concepts easier to understand. With my background in industrial engineering and chemical engineering, I help students see how algebra and chemistry concepts apply to real engineering and scientific problems.
