Belly Dance is an ancient art that takes care of the body and mind, tones your muscles, makes your body flexible, improves your self-esteem and gives you self-confidence. Belly Dancing is an ancient art that takes care of the body and mind, tones your muscles, makes your body flexible, improves your life! The methodology is made in 3 parts: Stretching, Music, Sequential steps, Doubts taken during the class, Some classes with the use of accessories (veil) Class 1: beginner VIP Class 2: bellyfit in group (burn the calories divando) yes belly dance gets thinner! Class 3: Bellykids (complementary to ballet). From 6 years up to 9 years. Themes to be worked on in the bellykids: - joy, - expression, - charisma, - notion of space, - musicality and lightness, - basic belly dance steps, - displacement. Classes can be individual and group :) It will be a joy to teach the most magical dance that exists!

MORE ABOUT ME: I dance since I was six years old, I have contact with Arab culture and several teachers. Constant improvement in national workshops. I have already created choreographies for presentations in Curitiba, Florianópolis, soon in São Paulo too. METHODOLOGY: Classes can be individual and group :). The methodology is made in 3 parts: Stretching, Music, Sequential steps, Doubts taken during the class, Some classes with the use of accessories (veil) Class 1: beginner VIP Class 2: bellyfit in group (burn the calories divando) yes belly dance gets thinner! Class 3: Bellykids (complementary to ballet). From 4 years up to 6 years. Themes to be worked on in the bellykids: - joy, - expression, - charisma, - notion of space, - musicality and lightness, - basic belly dance steps, - displacement. Minimum of 2 students, mothers stay together with students. It will be a joy to teach the most magical dance that exists!
