About Isobelle
Education and teaching are my top passions in life and I hope to share my joy for learning through my teaching and raise the aspiration of my students and close all gaps between students and higher education.
I myself have struggled in the past and know it can be tough and challenging at times but I want to show you that if you put your mind to it, anything is possible!

As a younger person myself, I understand the demands and challenge of academics as I have first-hand recent experience and currently undergoing degree level study at Queen’s University Belfast.
I work with students from primary to secondary and GCSE level and intend to provide fun and engaging lessons that aim to challenge students and raise their confidence and aspirations!
My main areas of teaching are English Language and Literature to GCSE level & Spanish to a GCSE level. However, I can also provide assistance into GCSE level history.
I achieved grade 8’s in English, Spanish and history at GCSE and have recently achieved A* in English Literature, A in History and an A in Spanish at Alevel.
All of these were completed under the AQA exam board.
With former experience within tutoring and working with young people throughout my local community and Girlguiding UK, I seek to always provide a fun and engaging environment in a more informal setting than in the classroom.
We’ll work together on building confidence, finding key strategies to help with class work, homework and exam skills to boost the academic level and I hope to spread and share my passion for learning.
Along with my previous experience with tutoring and working with young people, I have undertaken shadowing experience within a primary school for a 6 week period and have intentions to begin teaching on completion of my degree.
