About the lesson

I am currently studying a degree in Mathematics with Plymouth University. I have been tutoring privately for about two years now at a range of levels up to GCSE. All of my current students have made excellent progress since I started tutoring them and this has been positively recognised by both their schools and their parents. I tailor each session to the student's individual needs and abilities.
Before university, I worked as a teaching assistant within a local upper school. I was based in a maths department because of my subject knowledge and I was helping students of varying abilities who has special educational needs.
In my spare time I have also taught at my local air cadet squadron and I currently volunteer teaching sex education in local schools. When I'm not teaching, I enjoy reading, knitting and spending time with friends.
I currently tutor Primary, Key Stage 3, GCSE and adult learners.
