About Sophie
I am a conscientious student who wants to pass my love for Classics on to other pupils and try to inspire more people to study the subjects I love. I took the 11+ entrance exams for my senior school and thus feel comfortable teaching those as well.

I have lots of experience tutoring in a variety of subjects (Latin, Maths, German). My A-levels are in Latin, Classical-Civilisation, Maths and Further Maths and I have an AS in German. I usually begin by focusing in on specific problem areas for the tutee but if this is not necessary then I will start with the basics (or from whatever standard is necessary) and move forward at a pace the tutee feels comfortable with. My lessons are usually an hour long and I am happy to teach GCSE standard and below.
