About William
Hi! I’m a university student studying Mathematics at the University of Nottingham. I’ve always had a strong passion for maths — I studied both Maths and Further Maths at GCSE and A-Level, so I understand what it’s like to go through the course and the exams. I know maths can feel overwhelming sometimes, but I’m here to break it down in a way that makes sense, builds confidence, and helps you improve at your own pace.

In our first few sessions, we’ll go through key topics together and create a Red-Amber-Green system based on how confident you feel with each one. This helps us identify your strengths and focus on the areas that need more attention. Once we’ve built a solid understanding of the topics, we’ll move on to walking through past papers together — breaking down questions, practising exam technique, and building confidence for the real thing. Every lesson is tailored to your pace, your goals, and your style of learning.
