About Clara
My name is Clara and I love being able to help other students who are struggling with their school work! I have a passion for mathematics and so I’m willing to learn new topics too. I have sat my National 5 and Higher maths and I’m currently studying for Advanced Higher whilst looking forward to continue with maths in the coming years.

I tend to go through different topics, starting with the ones the tutee struggles with most. I aim to go through several questions, starting from textbook questions and moving on to past paper questions which progressively get more difficult when the tutee feels comfortable. I also encourage my tutees to make notes of the topics that I go through with them so that they can refer back to it. Often with teaching it can be difficult to understand a topic for the first time so I tend to explain a topic differently depending on the tutee and their preferred teaching methods.
