About Anika
As a student myself, I understand the pressures of a school environment. I am dedicated to each student and enjoy the process of watching students progress, not only in their academic achievements but also in their confidence. In a school environment, it is easy for students to feel overlooked and left behind, and therefore, I feel it is my job to get students back on track so they can progress with their peers.

I achieved 9 grade 9's at GCSE, 2 A*'s and an A at A-level, and am currently aiming for a first in my undergraduate degree. Being a student myself, I feel like I can leverage the skills I find helpful in my studies to help other students. I have been tutoring for around 2 years and enjoy getting to see the process of students growing in confidence and ability as I guide them through their studies. In my sessions, I tailor my teaching techniques to the individual student at hand and try to gauge what works best for them. I have seen success in my tutoring, with students starting off at a grade 5 level, and leaving with a grade 9. I have also helped students prepare for their 11+ and 13+ examinations, which resulted in them getting their places in their desired schools.
