I have seen Kritika work with many kinds of students, as she has provided them the help and support that they need. Kritika's biggest strengths, and arguably her greatest tool while delivering content for a specific module/subject are patience, resilience and her depth of knowledge. In my mind, a great tutor is more than someone who knows their area of expertise to the utmost perfection, but culminates the qualities highlighted above for all round development with a student. Kritika's excellent communication skills and confidence is what I personally have seen other students take note of, as the students have thoroughly enjoyed having learning a range of subjects with her.

Outside of her teaching regime, I have seen Kritika work in a range of sectors. From content writing, to marketing and outreach, to working with engineering students for social media outreach, along with being an excellent student in her final year. Having a range of interests in current affairs, arts and literature, Kritika has developed a range of skills as a detail oriented, hardworking, dexterous and a team player. Having such an all round excellence will help her students gain advantage not just with their academics but as future employees. I highly recommend Kritika, having worked with her as a part of joint effort with the Leeds University Rocketry Association, where myself and Kritika worked together towards developing outreach strategies. The ease of communication and resilience is what really got the tasks done.
