About Maire Eilis
After volunteering to tutor in high school, teaching lessons as a college student, and now tutoring in public schools part-time I’ve realized working with young people is a fundamental part of what I have to offer. I have patience and hope for anyone who is even slightly interested in learning. All students deserve the patience and understanding to know how brilliant they can be. Having had my own struggles as a student, I developed skills and had the support to perform in spite of my personal challenges and I am confident in my ability to do the same for other students.

Using the material given to your child by their school, I will dissect the areas of instruction that they need improvement on. We will use this as a jumping off point. With a stronger understanding of the English, scientific, or mathematic principal they are tackling we will then complete assignments with greater confidence and ease. With improvements to their foundation they will not only see better grades on various assignments but they will operate more comfortably on grade level.
