About Camryn
I have worked in the tutoring industry for three years at an established center. I am currently a volunteer tutor online for underprivileged students. Throughout my high school career, I have taken over 20 college courses/credits. I am ranked top 1% out of 1000 students within my class. I hope to help middle school to high school students supporting them in both foundational or advanced subjects and exam preparation. Every session done is specifically tailored to fit each student's needs. I strive for collaboration, while making sure they are comfortable with the topic at hand. Using visuals, real world examples, and discussions that foster engagement, I hope to create an environment in which produces the best learning outcome possible. Each lesson plan begins with an introduction to the topic, following an in-depth explanation of the concept. From there, some form of interactive learning will be done, including utilizing practice problems I have created as well as ones online. At the end of every session, the student summarizes what we have done together in order to grasp their understanding. Any questions are encouraged at all times, and no question is wrong. The student-centric focus I have helps to build relationships in which the middle school to high school students I help feel comfortable in.
