About Samreena
My own GCSE mathematics grade was an 8 and I really enjoyed the subject, I have a real passion for it even now as a medical student many years later, so I will really enjoy tutoring this subject. I have tutored GCSE maths privately to two other students and they both received better grades than they expected and have always complimented my teaching style. For medical entry related help e.g. UCAT and personal statements, I have written/edited and helped with many personal statements over the years and the outcomes have always been very positive!

My lesson structure is like so: a starter task to get your mind engaged. A quick discussion about the aims of the session and what you would like from it. Then a small presentation of the topic I'm going to teach you about which will have been chosen prior to the session. Then I will give you a task on what we have just learnt and work through it together. We will use practice questions and examples to solidify learning. Finally, we will do a review to consolidate your learning and discuss any concerns about learning at school or with me.
