About Aatreyee
Hey, I am Aatreyee and if that's too complicated for you, you can call me Rey! I am a first year Computer Science student at The University of Manchester, UK, and I love teaching. Ever since I was in 9th grade I took this as a mere hobby, teaching my neighbour's kids or helping out my peers last minute before major examinations. I was even an assistant teacher for Maths in my old school for 3 months!
I passed ISC with an overall grade of 95% and a 97% in Mathematics. My love for this subject only grows each day and I owe this to my parents as both of them are STEM graduates. In fact my mother has a bachelor's degree in Maths!
I cannot wait to get to interact with young brilliant minds and share this love with my students. Looking forward to teaching you all!

Maths is not just about equations or numbers. It is about how simple you can make it. A good mathematician relies on conceptual approaches rather than procedural. My method of teaching fosters an interactive learning environment where students actively participate in discussions, problem-solving, and hands-on activities. This approach encourages critical thinking and the application of mathematical principles in real-world scenarios. I strongly believe in the power of regular assessment to track student progress. To ensure students are consistently engaged and improving, I conduct weekly assessments to monitor their understanding of the material and identify areas where they may need additional support.
