About Shania
My name is Shania Broderick. I have always particularly enjoyed Maths and Chemistry in school, and I have an affinity for the subjects, continuing to excel throughout my school years. I very much enjoy tutoring as it is incredibly rewarding to see a student be proud of their improvements. I also have always been a very extroverted and bubbly persona, so I enjoy working with different people.

I aim to create an extremely comfortable and encouraging environment as this helps students to relax and therefore work harder to excel. The majority of my lessons involve working through example questions as a means to directly improve grades, with some added focus on memory of content in chemistry. I recently tutored a year 10/11 student throughout her GCSEs, helping her to improve from a grade 3 to a grade 7 in Maths and Physics. Length of my lessons would typically be 1 hour, but this is flexible to the students needs and what time frame they work best in. My young age helps to allow children to feel more comfortable and therefore willing to learn, but also having done my GCSEs and A levels so recently, I know how best to teach the content.
