As a former GCSE and A-Level History student, I can understand how the laborious curriculum and lessons can often leave students falling out of love with the subject. Because of this, I plan to make my lessons more about building a personal connection between the student and the subject, I think that passion is infectious in this sense. Because of this, I prefer more conversation-based lessons as opposed to me just talking at you, allowing students to discover their own personal interests and love for the subject.
