About Stephanie
Hi! I'm Steph, a current chemistry student at Oxford University - having tutored in the past and seen the difference it can make, I am enthusiastic about making each session as constructive yet as engaging as possible. One of my current roles at university is the access and outreach officer, so I help prospective students feel like Oxford is a place for them! This meansI havehad experience dealing with a whole range of different students, as well as being amicable and approachable - no matter how 'small' the problem may be. This is why I would love to tutor to help as many people as possible and share my knowledge that has helped other students succeed in their exams!

As a current student, I know the importance of teaching in a supportive yet effective way. My sessions focus on learning a concept before practising extensively and using interesting and varied techniques to help with recall and becoming exam-ready!
I have previously tutored A-level French, as well as GCSE maths and chemistry and am able to tutor in maths, further maths, chemistry and French to both GCSE and A-level standard. As a current Oxford student I am also able to offer support with applications for chemistry, such as personal statement reviews. Sessions would be 1 hour long.
