About Florence
Hello, I'm Florence! I'm currently a medical student in Norwich, having recently returned to England after several years of living and studying in Scotland at The University of Edinburgh. During my time in Edinburgh, I pursued a research degree in Medical Sciences. However, my fascination with science has been a constant throughout my academic journey.
I understand that science can sometimes seem intimidating, but I've experienced the joy of unraveling its complexities, and I'm enthusiastic about sharing that curiosity with others.
Beyond my academic pursuits, I'm passionate about ballet and make the most of my free time by exploring the beautiful Norwich countryside on walks with friends and my dog.

I offer hour-long tutoring sessions for young students in biology (up to and including A level), chemistry, and mathematics (up to and including GCSE).
During my lessons, I focus on providing clear explanations of key concepts, helping students build a strong foundation in their subjects. We practice various types of questions to reinforce this understanding and work on improving exam techniques. I also provide useful resources to support the learning process.
I hold a BSc from the University of Edinburgh and have experience mentoring students in university applications, including guidance on personal statements, university and course choices, interview preparation, and A-level support in biology and chemistry to ensure students meet their desired grades and university entry requirements.
