About Scarlett
Economics was one of my favourite subjects at school- I loved how it taught me about the world around me. I received an A grade in CIE A level economics, and am currently doing economics papers at University.
I spent lots of time tutoring and helping my peers in the subject, as well as helping those that are just beginning their economics journey at IGCSE level.

I typically utilise 30 minute to 1 hour sessions, but this can be tailored based on your needs/preferences.
CIE Economics requires a multifaceted approach to teaching. Firstly there is knowledge and understanding of economic concepts and ideas. I believe that through good explanation and teaching, using relatable ideas a student will easily be able to grasp these topics.
Essay writing is also an incredibly important part of the subject of economics, and can be difficult for students to "hack" as it is quite different to other essay based subjects like English and History.
I believe that by utilising simple techniques a student will easily be able to grasp economics essay writing.
