About Ursula
I love to teach and help students gain their confidence in math. A lot of times it’s “I can’t do this,” no it is “I can’t do this yet!” Math is very difficult to get excited about and I do my best to make the material relatable (to real life, not by just putting in some current slang) so that it can be properly retained and practiced.

I love to find ways to apply the knowledge students are required to learn in school and show the real world applications. I am skilled in teaching the foundational skills needed for higher concept and would love to be able to help your child grow in the skills they needs for math and science. I typically start with quick question or two to assess understanding of a topic and then move forward from there with a fun lesson and move on to practicing the skill!
