🤎 Hi there! ¡Holi caracoli! This is Jianxin, and I go by Sarah. I’m thrilled to have you here! I can’t wait to share my story, passion, and teaching style with you. Ready for a sneak peek at my classes? Check out my video – you won’t want to miss it!
🤎 I am a native Chinese speaker currently living in Shenzhen, but I spent 20 wonderful years in Beijing. I was born in Shanxi, which is known for its stunning ancient architecture. I have a strong passion for sharing my pride in my hometown: have you ever played Black Myth: Wukong? Twenty-seven of its thirty-six filming locations are in Shanxi! Let’s make language learning a cultural adventure by discussing art, history, and even game-inspired fun while we master Chinese together.
🤎 Calligraphy has been my lifelong hobby; I started practicing it as a kid! In my spare time, you’ll find me playing the pipa, dancing, practicing Spanish, or hitting the tennis court. The best part is that I incorporate these passions into my lessons. Imagine learning Chinese characters while trying your hand at calligraphy, or understanding cultural idioms through traditional music. It’s not just about language—it’s immersive, memorable, and a lot more fun than rote memorization.
