I have always been a compassionate and giving person desiring to help others make changes in order to be the best they can be. Making a difference in a learner's life has been a cherished gift. I design interactive effective lessons that build English vocabulary and understanding and elicit multiple conversational practice to build fluency in listening, speaking, reading, writing, and grammar. Implement basic life skills and real world problems so that students can be successful both in and out of the classroom while promoting English Language competency for personal, social, and professional purposes. My motivation and organization help transform ordinary lessons into inspiring differentiated lessons meeting the needs of diverse learners. These differentiated lessons contain multiple learning preferences designed to empower students with individual learning goals and encompass communication, collaboration, critical thinking, and creativity which are at the heart of daily learning. I consistently maintain a rich and conducive learning environment while keeping student expectations high.
