About Dashiell
I am a committed ESL tutor with 5 years of experience teaching English to High School and College students. I am passionate about education and believe that strong language skills open doors to better learning and career opportunities.
During my teaching journey, I have worked with approximately 150–200 students. A significant milestone in my career has been helping students improve their exam results and communication skills through structured and easy-to-follow lessons. Many students gained confidence in speaking and writing English within a short time.
My teaching style focuses on clarity and practical learning. I break complex topics into simple steps and use real-life examples to help students understand better. I regularly assess progress and adjust lessons to meet individual needs.
I aim to create a positive learning space where students feel motivated and supported. I encourage active participation and provide constructive feedback to help learners improve continuously.
Teaching English gives me great satisfaction because I see the direct impact it has on students’ lives. My goal is to help students not only learn English, but use it confidently in academics and daily communication.

I follow a student-centred and practical teaching methodology for ESL. Using real-life examples and case studies, I make lessons meaningful and engaging, helping students understand how English is applied in daily life, academic work, and professional contexts.
