I have been having Spanish lessons with Juan for the past 3 months in preparation for a trip to Colombia. I was a complete beginner in Spanish before and I am now able to have a 1 hour lesson, listening and speaking mainly in Spanish.
Juan is an excellent teacher, he is patient, enthusiastic and makes every lesson enjoyable.
His varied teaching methods help you to simplify the complexity of the language in an effective way. Juan has helped me progress immensely on my Spanish journey and I can't recommend him enough. He structures his lessons to optimise learning in a fun and interactive way. My favourite lesson was when we played a pronunciation maze to help me with the different ‘r’ sounds in Spanish. This really helped me recognise the different ways to pronounce ‘r’ and improve my pronunciation. I highly recommend Juan whether you’re a beginner like me or an advanced student.
