About KIAN
I love food. So much so that I decided to change my career path from electrical engineering to chefing some 20 years ago.
I guess because of my engineering background I tend to learn by understanding the science behind cooking. How heat affects food? What does oil do in this recipe? Why this? Not that? Etc
I think I'm ready to share some of what I have learnt over the years and hope I can inspire some food enthusiasts. Show them how fun it is when you know why in cooking and how flexible you can be with your cooking.
