I have over 20 years of experience in cooking and baking, including running my own restaurant where I created scratch-made meals, breads, and pastries every day. This hands-on experience has given me a deep understanding of professional kitchen techniques, organization, and how to consistently create high-quality food.
My background allows me to bring real-world knowledge into my teaching, sharing practical skills, time-saving tips, and professional methods that help students feel confident and capable in their own kitchens.
