About Timothée
Holder of a BEP in cooking, I worked for 8 years in a luxury Parisian hotel. I was able to see the different positions and climb the ranks to the position of Sous Chef. With this experience, I then went abroad - Australia & the United States - to enrich my know-how and my recipe book! It is therefore possible to take the course in English.

The methodology will adapt to your expectations regarding the course and the feeling. I was able to acquire a keen sense of pedagogy by training interns, apprentices, or even my relatives and I will be able to adapt to any level. Transmission in our profession is a very strong notion that I particularly like, and thats what Im looking for on Superprof!

Timothée is an amazing chef and a great teacher. His repertoire of dishes ranges from simple to complex, always with quality ingredients and attention to detail. He is a very nice and fun person - easy to talk to and get along with. If you want to prepare delicious food and enjoy doing it, I would definitely recommend sessions with Timothée !
