About Anna
I have a Master's Degree in Psychology and have worked as a University teacher for over 3 years. I have taught core psychology subjects including Introduction to Psychology, Experimental Psychology, Biological Basis of Behaviour, and Theories and Systems of Psychology.
I also specialize in delivering online coaching to youth to develop life skills and personal supportive guidance to achieve career goals.

My main aim is to make learning fun and lovable. I do that by integrating real-life examples and by making sessions interactive.
My typical lesson plan looks like this:
1. Mental warm-ups - A short story just to get the brain thinking
2. Core topic - This is the central course subject. I begin by highlighting why we are learning it and then move to what we are learning.
3. Dramatic ending - All lessons end with an action plan - something to be done, or simply reflected till the next session.
The lessons are suited for undergraduate students and also for those who are wondering if Psychology is the right subject for them.
