I am a Medical Doctor from the Autonomous University of Guadalajara. With experience in courses for pregnant women and especially for new mothers. I specialize in providing support to women and their families in this beautiful stage, helping you on issues such as Nutrition, your medical consultations, your emotional health and more. In these times of Coronavirus it is important that you feel safe and accompanied. What better than to solve your doubts from the comfort of your home at flexible hours? :)

I can offer you several ways to help everything in a completely confidential way. I have a complete Course where we can evaluate each trimester of your pregnancy if you wish. Do you want to focus only on the quarter where you are currently? We can also do it! Do you want to solve doubts that you get to have in sporadic consultations? Let's make an appointment to discuss your specific questions, for example: Can I take a certain medicine? What do I do if my head hurts? How should I take care of my diet during pregnancy? Is it worth taking vitamins? If you are sad to ask about those "tips" that our grannies give us, I will answer those questions. It is also very important to support yourself emotionally, your body and your whole life are about to change forever. You are not alone, lean on me and my work team from the comfort of your home! Let's talk about what worries you: how are your children going to react to their new little brother? How does your partner feel? Are you going to be a single mommy? Let's talk about it. In these times of COVID-19 no precaution is superfluous. Lean on us because from your home we can help you. We promise that you have the best information about your Pregnancy. We will wait for you!
