My teaching method is based on teaching in the bottom-up approach. I begin by laying the groundwork and finding any gaps in knowledge. I then work patiently on the gaps and make sure that there is a solid understanding before moving onto more complex topics.

Elmar has been tutoring me for two years and I can honestly say I would never have made it through matric and my first year of uni without him! He has so much patience and his problem-solving abilities have saved my life. He is an outstanding tutor who is never hesitant to stay up til all hours of the night helping me.
