About Keyann
I've been tutoring students in math and computer science for over 5 years. I'm currently a 3rd year computer science student with engineering experience at fortune 100 companies. I also currently run my own web design agency. I enjoy tutoring because I understand the struggle of trying to learn difficult concepts but I want to help others overcome that hurdle.

I like to learn a lot but it doesn't come easy to me, so I think that makes me good at recognizing the difficulties others have in progressing. For that reason, my teaching methods vary on an individual basis.
I can adapt to almost any learning style, including varying the speed/ complexity of the lesson, providing metaphors and analogies, using imagery and visual feedback, providing practice problems. etc. I'm good at identifying adapting the lesson for your current state of progress. I'm patient, and very receptive to the student, so that you can expect a comfortable learning environment.

Keyann is a very effective teacher,
He was very clear and made learning much easier.
Puts a lot of emphasis on understanding and intuition vs plain memorization (especially, algorithms and data structures).
Did really well on my midterms.Keyann is a sharp, quick thinker who is genuinely interested in helping! He always is always listening and creating strategies to teach in the most understandable and efficient way possible. I had 0 knowledge of web development but he managed to explain it to me in an extremely easy to understand manner.
