Working with school-level children can be fun and hard work as well. I've found a way out with my students. Every student is treated differently based on their characteristics and in the way they find it most comfortable. I'm consistent and particular about my work and thus do it with everything I got. My teaching methods are based on the students' understanding and grasping power; some of them understand easily, and some may take a bit of time to learn. Also, the tests and assessments are done on a regular basis. Along with studies, some chill-out sessions are also necessary to keep the mind fresh and relaxed.
