About Élise
My interest in programming began when I discovered how simple logical steps could create powerful digital solutions. I earned a B.Sc in Computer Science followed by an M.Sc in Information Technology, gaining expertise in programming theory, systems design, and software development. Over the past 11 years, I have guided learners through structured, supportive programming instruction. I teach with clarity, encouragement, and adaptability, adjusting explanations to each learner’s pace. I emphasize understanding logic over memorizing syntax, helping students build independence. Many learners who initially feel uncertain gradually develop confidence as they learn to solve problems systematically. Outside teaching, I continue working on personal coding projects and staying updated with emerging technologies. Teaching programming is fulfilling because it empowers learners with skills that are valuable across academic and professional paths.

Computer programming becomes much easier when learners understand how logic translates into structured, functional code. In my lessons, I guide students through programming fundamentals, algorithms, data handling, object-oriented concepts, and debugging techniques using clear explanations and hands-on practice. I focus on helping learners understand why code works so they can apply their knowledge independently.
Lessons are customized to suit each learner’s experience level. Beginners focus on syntax, variables, conditions, and loops. Intermediate learners strengthen modular design, debugging skills, and structured problem-solving. Advanced learners explore algorithm efficiency, project development, and real-world application design. Each session blends explanation, guided coding practice, and reflection.
Programming lessons also build patience, analytical reasoning, and creative thinking. As learners gain confidence, they become more resilient when facing technical challenges. My goal is to help students develop strong foundations that empower them to explore technology with confidence.
