About Rida
I am a student at university studying medicine in the first year. I completed my A-levels with A*AA in biology, chemistry and maths respectively. I would like to teach as I find that one-to-one sessions with students always help as it allows the student to focus on specific topics and express difficulties they may not be able to in the classroom. I want to take up tutoring in my spare time because I enjoy speaking to people.

I am good at explaining concepts to people. I would devise a study plan for students and give them a task to complete before our next meeting. I would ask what they’re struggling with and focus on specific topics whilst also providing questions for them to practise. I would first let the student attempt the question and talk me through their work process before explaining myself using my own methods.
