Nilanjana is a wonderful teacher. She is easy-going and has the ability to making concepts simpler and her students comfortable.

She explains in a simplified manner. And is a kind hearted person.

The first thing that comes to my mind when I think about Niel is that she's a very patient person. She is a sweet, caring, considerate, and quite meticulous in her work. Whether it's work, or it's her studies, she has a certain method of going about it, which helps her learn new things quite easily. She has a knack for mixing up with the crowd, and uplift the entire atmosphere of the room she is in. Niel is honest, and faithful towards any activity she picks up. And these are the reasons why I think she'll make an awesome teacher.

Nilanjana is a good orator and very well articulated in her thoughts which would be helpful for the students to understand and learn easily. She is confident in her abilities which is shown clearly in her works.
