I am a 20 year health/wellness professional, have a BA in psychology, and certificate in Fitness Instruction from UCLA Extension. I have trained/coached 100's of people who have achieved weight loss, food awareness, strength improvement, and gained self-insight to make more informed decisions for themselves.
