I am an MBA specialized in marketing, currently working with Nielsen India as a Senior Market Research Analyst.

I believe Math taught practically to younger kids helps them to understand better. Example introduction of addition and subtraction with easily available objects around gives them practical as well logical sense.
For older class students, Math will be introduced based on the logic of why such a step has been taken - what should be the next step - how to arrive at the answer - break the question into different parts to connect the dots
