I draw on over 14 years of experience in education and training, as well as a background in inclusive and culturally responsive teaching, to create a supportive and engaging learning environment.
I use a communicative approach to language learning, which means lessons focus on real-life use of English through speaking, listening, reading, and writing. I incorporate practical activities such as conversations, role plays, and problem-solving tasks to help you build confidence and fluency. I also integrate grammar and vocabulary in context so you can apply what you learn immediately.
A typical lesson begins with a short review and warm-up activity, followed by targeted practice based on your goals (for example: conversation skills, pronunciation, grammar, or writing). We then move into interactive exercises, and end with feedback, reflection, and a clear plan for next steps. I provide constructive, encouraging feedback throughout to help you improve steadily.
