About Teresa
I will be attending Columbia University this fall as a Biophysics major. Outside of school, I love to play the piano and violin, study at cafes, hike with friends, and watch K-Dramas! I've volunteered as a Karate instructor and kindergarten teacher aide, and I currently serve as a dog caretaker at the Arizona Humane Society.

As a recently graduated senior, I get how hard standardized testing can be! I overcame my test-taking challenges to earn perfect scores on the ELA sections of both the PSAT and ACT. I aim to help driven students increase their test scores through fun and relatable one-on-one sessions!
I use up-to-date knowledge of test taking to teach on a level that high school students can easily absorb and put into practice. Through interactive games, discussions, worked examples, and practice tests, students will learn in a variety of styles for maximum information retention. Questions are always welcome and encouraged so I can understand how to target any gaps in knowledge.
