About Anna
I have had five years of experience tutoring students from elementary to high school age in a wide variety of subjects. I primarily tutor students in mathematics, including elementary arithmetic, middle school algebra, high school trigonometry, precalculus, and calculus. Specifically, I have worked with many Pre-IB and IB students, having completed the International Baccalaureate myself.

Working a student, I, first, take time to get to know the student, the areas they are struggling in, their strengths with the material, and their general approaches to learning, especially how they learn best. I will, then, create a lesson plan incorporating learning methods that work best for the student. My general approach to teaching is through many examples or problems of the material.
