About Caitlin
While this is my first online tutor posting, I've been tutoring & coaching my peers in piano & voice since junior high school, and I've continued doing so into my college years while studying as a music performance major (concentrating in voice and my 10th instrument: bassoon). I've been teaching just about every age group and ability level for 8 years now and I'm so excited to continue to do so with you!

Welcome to the next steps in your musical life! My name is Caitlin, I've been playing piano since I was 3 & training vocally since I was 13, and I'll be your mentor in these lessons. Whether you've been singing or playing for a while now & want some guidance on how to improve further or this is your first time sitting at a piano or singing a scale, I'm excited to work with you.
For all lesson types:
- first lesson will include a no-pressure assessment of your abilities so i know where we're starting from, testing your knowledge of reading sheet music, and a discussion of your goals in these lessons
- moving forward from there will be personalized to *you* & your goals and always at your own pace.
