About Tri
I am a student. I received an associate in mathematics from Pasadena City College and will be attending CSU Long Beach for my bachelor's in mathematics. I have been giving lessons on mathematics for over 5 years. I have tutored over 100 students before. Some of the students I have tutored went on to big-name colleges such as UCLA, UCSD, CAL, etc.

My teaching method is based on positive motivation. I have worked in a high school and it seems to be the best approach is to prove that they can figure out the equation. the student I worked with did not believe in himself to understand the equation and was giving up too easily. I then came over and motivate him and break down the problems in very simple steps. He understood the method and proceed to the next problem written down by the teacher. The teacher asked if someone knew the answer to the next problem and he volunteered to answer the equation in front of the class. He gained a lot of confidence that day and tried his very best in the class.
