About Burgandy
I have worked as a teacher for four years and in the English and Literature field at a library for five years. I understand how important English and Language Arts are to succeeding in any field and how essential mastering the techniques are for tests like ACT and SAT. I believe adaptability and customization are the keys to a successful learning environment.

My teaching approach is tailored to the student's goals. I can teach across many levels, from young readers to older high school students studying for the ACT. My typical lesson plan will start with a warm-up or review to start thinking about the material, then working on specific goals, and ending with an exercise to finish before the next session. I can also offer guidance on a particularly difficult project.
